Omakase translates from Japanese as “I leave it up to you” – an invitation to place your trust in the chef and experience a selection of their favourites. Ours unfolds across four stops. It begins with sakana: sashimi and tataki, oshizushi, octopus and futomaki. Agemono follows with vegetable and prawn tempura and chicken karaage, before a small ramen of your choosing. Dessert brings the meal to a close with miso ice cream topped with white chocolate furikake and a Konbini Sando.
